Berewood Green, Waterlooville

Overview

Berewood Green is a mixed-use development located in Waterlooville, designed to spark the regeneration of the surrounding area.

Berewood Green sits at the heart of the ‘West of Waterlooville Major Development Area’, a new community to the north of Portsmouth that will deliver 3,000 new homes as well as two new primary schools, leisure, retail and community facilities.

The dual branded development comprises 306 units with   mix of 2, 3 and 4 bedroom homes.  The integration of Berewood Green into the wider development area links footpaths   to the extensive parkland and local amenities, and crescent shaped streets facing into the central community hub.

There is a strong design code at Berewood Green which sets out design standards for all developers. In this we are pay particular attention to materials used, creating created distinct character areas each showcasing different design elements including tile hung fronts, painted finishes and cladded detailing.

30% of total units were provided to Grainger Trust to provide affordable housing. Construction began in January 2017 and is anticipated to be complete by July 2021.
