Building sustainable values

Our aim is to become Britain’s leading national sustainable housebuilder.

For us, this means working to address the national shortage of homes whilst overcoming the social, economic and environmental challenges we face.

To identify these issues, we asked our employees and external stakeholders in 2016 to tell us “what matters most?”

Six issues were identified, each with an ambition statement, accountability and targets. We are using this framework to build sustainable values, embedding them in every part of our business.

This has helped us to focus our aspirations and objectives to ensure that we create value for our customers, our investors, our employees, and the communities where we operate.

Our Sustainable values are embedded within our Building Excellence vision.
