Hounslow High Street Quarter, London

Overview

Hounslow High Street Quarter is an exciting mixed-use scheme in the centre of Hounslow, designed to spark the regeneration of the surrounding area.

Barratt London and Wilson Bowden Developments – the commercial development division of Barratt Developments PLC – have been chosen by the London Borough of Hounslow as its preferred partners to develop the Hounslow High Street Quarter. The site has been identified within the Council’s adopted Town Centre Masterplan for residential, leisure and retail use, which will act as a stimulus to regenerate the area.

The mixed use scheme will provide over 134,000 sq ft of commercial floor space comprising retail and restaurant use, and a new multiplex cinema, set around a new public square. 525 private and affordable homes will be provided by Barratt London including a 27-storey residential tower, with the commercial space being delivered by Wilson Bowden Developments.

The site is located in the heart of Hounslow’s Town Centre and has excellent public transport links into central London and to Heathrow Airport.

Construction is due to commence in early 2017, once all the third party land has been acquired, with the final residential completions expected in late summer 2020.
