Adderbury Fields, Banbury

Overview

Adderbury Fields is an outstanding development of traditionally designed homes, located in the village of Adderbury and surrounded by open countryside.

Adderbury Fields is a greenfield site that will provide 65 homes in total, including 23 affordable units. Construction commenced in March 2015 with completion anticipated for Spring 2017.

Adderbury Fields is located in North Oxfordshire, on the edge of the Cotswolds and within easy reach of the city of Oxford. Whilst only one hour’s rail commute into central London, the development also offers a tranquil village lifestyle.

Built by a multiple award-winning Site Manager, Adderbury Fields comprises a range of two, three, four and five bedroom homes in a mix of traditional Cotswold stone and brick. The development was designed using creative architecture and landscaping that reflects the local character.

The adjoining countryside has been incorporated into the site’s design with extensive open space, a play area and a balancing pond along the frontage, enabling the development to be set back from the road to provide a sense of privacy and charm.
