2. I have lost my Barratt Developments PLC share certificate, who should I contact?

3. How do I transfer shares to another person’s name?

4. When is the next Barratt Developments PLC dividend due?

Historically the interim dividend is paid in May and the annual dividend is paid in November. See Financial Overview/ Dividend Record.

5. I am a non-taxpayer; can I have my dividends paid gross?

Under UK Government legislation, all dividends are paid net of tax, therefore we cannot pay your dividends gross.

6. Can I have my dividends paid as extra shares?

No, the Company does not have a Dividend Reinvestment Plan.

7. How can I change the method of payment of my dividend?

A Dividend Mandate Form can be downloaded from this website from the Shareholder Forms page.

8. What is Barratt Developments PLC’s financial year-end date?

Our financial year-end date is 30 June.
