Barratt Developments PLC Shareholder Discount
You could be eligible for a discount of £500 for every £25,000 you spend on a new Barratt or part exchange home if you hold 1,000 shares or more.

You can also print off shareholder forms to be returned to Capita Registrars.
Share Dealing Facility
A quick and easy share dealing service is available to either sell or buy more shares.
Annual General Meeting
Our fiftieth Annual General Meeting was held on 18 November 2008 at the Barber-Surgeons’ Hall in London. The results of the proxy appointments received prior to the meeting and the results of the resolutions voted on by way of a poll can be found in this section.
