Quality and Design

We believe that Barratt Group has the best quality of build in the industry. In 2011 we became the first major national housebuilder ever to be awarded a maximum five star rating for a second consecutive year in the annual Home Builders Federation Customer Satisfaction survey.

Design quality is also high on our agenda. We have launched 'Q17 Creating Great Places to Live', an annual design competition focussing on the design and layout of developments, how well they create places where our customers want to live, and how well they meet our high standards.
