It works with our housebuilding divisions to secure and support the delivery of large scale, mixed use and mixed tenure regeneration schemes in collaboration with public sector bodies, housing associations and major landowners.
Working mostly in the North and Midlands, the team has an outstanding record in ensuring Barratt is selected to deliver the nation’s most important developments. Within just four years, the team is supporting 16 key developments delivering nearly 8,000 new homes with a total Gross Development Value of over £1 billion.
